Guy Deeming

Dr. Guy Deeming, Chair of the BOC Committee welcomes you

I very much look forward to welcoming you, your colleagues and businesses to the British Orthodontic Conference (BOC) 2025 which this year will be held at the
beautiful and world class ICC Wales.

We are delighted that you are considering attending the BOC as a sponsor and exhibitor and I am sure that it will be a tremendous success for you whether as a new supporter of the premier orthodontic event in the UK calendar or as a long standing attendee and f riend of the BOS.

We place huge value on the partnership between the conference and our commercial partners and in 2025 we are continuing to re-evaluate our offering to deliver what best serves our delegates and sponsors. We have listened to all the partner and delegate feedback f rom the 2024 event and are delighted to share with you an even larger and improved range of opportunities to network and interact directly with BOC delegates through social events, speaking and exhibition presence. We are very excited about this and hope you will be too – this prospectus outlines these partnerships and I would encourage you to read it in full to ensure you choose the best options to support your business needs and position in the orthodontic marketplace into 2026 and beyond.

BOC 2025 will of course run virtually as well as in person and see yet another world class line-up of speakers that our delegates have come to expect as well as a packed parallel and social programme.

I look forward to seeing you at the ICC in Wales and continuing to cement BOC as the most important orthodontic event in the UK calendar and beyond.

Last year’s Saturday Sessions are now this year’s ‘Wednesday Workshops’ as we are offering our sponsors the opportunity to deliver extended skills clinics, seminars, onboarding events or even team-training to BOC delegates before the main conference begins on Wednesday afternoon (24th September).

All workshops will be held at the ICC Wales in the on-site meeting rooms with standard A/V included. These sessions can be aimed at BOC delegates, or indeed other individuals who only wish to attend this course.

We provide the co-ordination and you run the courses as you wish. This is provided on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend that interested companies plan their programmes in good time before the conference so that all delegates can plan accordingly.

We are delighted to be hosting our dedicated Trade Theatre which proved incredibly popular in 2024 with delegates and sponsors alike. The theatre will be located within the Exhibition Hall and will hold up to 40 people with A/V included. Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide their own content/hands on sessions to a dedicated BOC audience.

These sessions will run during breaks in the main programme to avoid scheduling conflicts. Available on a first come, first served basis.

Our Shell Scheme packages include:

Shell scheme frame, basic lighting and power
One table and two chairs
Fascia panel with standard lettering

Please note that shell scheme stands will have a height restriction of 2.4m to allow the exhibition to resemble an amphitheatre in the middle area.

Once your shell scheme has been booked there is no option to convert to space only due to this restriction.

No, this year, the option to convert shell scheme stands into space-only stands will not be available.

This year the BOC is excited to launch a new initiative to our exhibitors and sponsors – the ‘Passport for Prizes’ competition which will be held over the 2.5 days of the exhibition. Guaranteed to boost traffic within the exhibition area, delegates will visit participating stands to win prizes from sponsors.

We encourage all exhibitors to contribute prizes to the passport competition. Every exhibitor will be able to draw the winner of their prize.

For details of the Trade Theatre slots, please see the BOC 2025 Prospectus.

For exhibition or sponsorship costs, please see the BOC 2025 Prospectus.

Welcome from Dr. Paul Scott

Sponsorship Coordinator, BOC Committee

The British Orthodontic Society has always looked to deliver the best value to our commercial partners and most relevant exhibition to our members. Sponsorship of the British Orthodontic Conference (BOC) will allow you to highlight your brand as a key supporter of the orthodontic community and wider dental profession in the greatest gathering of buying power in the UK.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, many for the f irst time, and at various price points depending on budget and exposure. The popular Trade Theatre, from last year will be available again and there will be the opportunity for our partners to run pre-conference workshops on the Wednesday morning.

As well as the physical conference we will again be holding a virtual conference and exhibition. This virtual element allows us to not only support a physical event, but to reach out to new audiences; orthodontists and dentists in the more remote parts of the UK, our colleagues in Europe and further af ield as well as those that may have only previously attended the conference inf requently due to the many and varied demands of modern life. This increased audience can only be of benefit to our commercial supporters. The platform will also allow our sponsors an opportunity to host and share educational and promotional videos with delegates.

As a Society, we have worked hard to deliver a wide variety of sponsorship options at different price points that we hope will appeal to you and look forward to the
opportunity to tailor the packages to our commercial partners as required.

I look forward to helping you have an enjoyable and successful conference.

Don’t just take our word for it…
